Jeff Morris is an advocate for implementing renewable energy technologies in Washington and earned an A on the Chapter’s legislative report card. Elected to represent the 40th District in 1996, Morris is a strong advocate for economic policies that will foster renewable energy technologies. He chairs the House Committee on Technology, Energy and Communications.
