Rep. Anderson has emerged as a strong defender of the environment. In the 2006 session, he supported bills for environmental education, e-waste recycling, renewable fuels, marine sewage disposal, and limiting phosphorus in detergent. As the public grows more aware of the economic and social liabilities of a fossil fuel dependent economy, Anderson sees an an opportunity to reinvest in an environmentally responsible future. He will continue to be a strong ally in Olympia.
