Bruce Bassett: City Council #5, Mercer Island

Bruce Bassett (http://www.electbruce.org/) has a strong vision for Mercer Island's future. The city is growing and Mr. Bassett wants to make sure that new developments enhance the  livability and vibrancy of Mercer Island. He understands that healthy communities need to have parks for people and wildlife, places to walk and bike safely, and transportation choices. Mr. Bassett is a long-time Sierra Club member and currently serves on the Mercer Island Open Space Conservancy Trust Board.
