EARTH DAY 2008 Celebration - Snohomish County

Saturday, April 19th, 10:00 am - 2:30 pm

 Please join our Earth Day celebration at Ebey Waterfront Park, 1404 1St Street, Marysville, for birdwatching with Pilchuck Audubon Society in the morning from 10 am - 2 pm. There will be displays and booths as well as hands-on interactive activities sponsored by the Surface Water Management Dept. of Snohomish County, City of Marysville Parks and Water Treatment Departments, Stilly-Snohomish Fisheries Task Force, Tulalip Tribes, Pilchuck Audubon Society, and Sierra Club Snohomish Group.This is a free kid friendly event, open to the public.

In the afternoon the celebration will be at the Red Barn in Jennings Park at 6915 Armar Rd. from 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm. We will be showing 4 short environmental films with free popcorn. Open to the public, no charge or sign-up required.
