Summer Solstice Picnic and Nature Walk

South King County Group will celebrate the Summer Solstice and our Group's accomplishments for the past year with our annual potluck picnic gathering, spring bird watching and nature walk. Meet and picnic with friends and fellow outdoor enthusiasts at Gary Grant Park in Kent at 6:30 pm.  Bring potluck items; the group will provide plates and utensils, and beverages. Following our potluck, we will enjoy a wonderful walk along the Soos Creek Trail led by Mark Johnston, our local bird naturalist, to experience Marsh Wrens, Barn Swallows, Red-Tailed Hawks, and many other species.
