Rep. Kirby has an excellent environmental voting record. He is Chair of the Insurance, Finance Services, and Consumer Protection Committee and serves on the Judiciary and Emergency Preparedness Committees. He is a former member on the Joint Executive Legislative Group on Water Issues. He has followed the discussions around environmental priorities and has been a solid supporter of Sierra Club positions.
