Jon Viebrock believes that the forests and river ecosystems that are all around us are the BIRTHRIGHT of every citizen of the State of Washington, both now, and in the future. According to Viebrock, allowing the unrestrained development of every wetland, forest, and river system in sight is not responsible management.
