Jeanne Harris: City Council #3, Vancouver

Jeanne Harris has been a Vancouver City Council member since 1996 and has been previously endorsed by the Sierra Club Loo Wit Group. During her tenure on City Council she has maintained a good voting record on environmental issues.
She supports growth management and is interested in expanding public transportation to make more options available to the community. She would like to see affordable communities with the services they need within walking distance. She wants to promote a green economy through conservation, reuse, and recycling; including the promotion of reuse of gray water in manufacturing.
