Diane Buckshnis: City Council #4, Edmonds

DIANE BUCKSHNIS is the incumbent and has more than earned another term. Her leadership and support for the Frances Anderson Solar Project, Complete Streets Ordinance, Sustainable Works, and New Energy City mark her as a forward thinker. On the Water Resource Inventory Area (WRIA) 8 Steering Committee, she was instrumental in moving the Edmonds Marsh restoration from the 10-year plan to the 3-year plan, which allows Edmonds to obtain alternative funding.
