Bill Hilton: State Representative #1, District 25

Bill Hilton, a recently retired captain in the Washington State Patrol, has long been an active volunteer in the Puyallup community serving as a Board Member of the Puyallup Food Bank and Salvation Army, and as the City’s Parks and Recreation Senior Advisory Board Chair. He holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Seattle University. He wants to work on job creation, education reform and funding, and a more equitable tax structure. He shares most of the positions of the Sierra Club including the pursuit of energy efficiencies, clean alternative energy resources, and urban density strategies, including promotion of public transit and bike/pedestrian transportation.
