Tracking Cougars and their Prey

The Sierra Club is co-sponsoring a conservation training workshop run by the Wolf College. The workshop rendezvous point is 45 minutes northeast of Seattle at Rudolf Reese Park in Sultan WA from where we will move to a sandy Skykomish River riparian zone where cougars frequent.

Skills covered include a powerpoint introduction on the behavior of subject animals, on-the-ground training, guided search for fresh sign, trailing tips, interpretive direction, and conservation data reporting.

Sierra Club members receive an additional $10 off the workshop tuition of $65 and advanced registration is required via the Wolf College.

You can also RSVP on the Meetup.com page. For details, please contact Graham Taylor.
