Brian Sullivan: State Representative #2, District 21
State Representative Brian Sullivan is serving his third term in Olympia. Throughout his tenure in the Legislature, Brian Sullivan has been viewed as a consensus builder and pragmatic policymaker, skills that led his colleagues to select him to chair the Natural Resources, Ecology, and Parks Committee.
As chairman, he has led the House in passing pioneering legislation to revitalize Puget Sound by providing funding to clean up Hood Canal and failing septic systems. Brian sponsored legislation to tackle the dangers of disposed electronics through a manufacturer-led e-waste recycling program. He has been an advocate for renewable fuels made in Washington State and for the protection of our state parks. In all of these legislative accomplishments, Brian Sullivan has worked to bring all parties to the table and find common ground.
