Hello! I am the Conservation Program Manager for the Cascade Chapter of the Sierra Club. I work to build public demand for the Chapter's work on conservation issues such as clean renewable energy and sustainable communities where we can work, live and play. This is a great job. I get to work in a grassroots organization that is supported by visionary volunteers. And together we will change our part of the world. When I am not at "work" I enjoy volunteering for Friends of Pierce County to help make my local community a better place. I also love green things and am working to make my green thumb even greener. I am an avid gardener and am currently waging war on my lawn. It needs to go to make room for so many wonderful native and "invited" plants and veggies.
